Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Friedrich Nietzsche (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Korter Poundre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nietzsche comes to the cage accompanied by Heartbeats. The crowd seem to be enjoying Poundre's choice of entrance music: Bones Blows. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Korter Poundre!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Yves DeLean and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poundre drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Nietzsche controls Poundre momentarily but Poundre frees himself.
Poundre wants to pass the guard but Nietzsche is keeping the position.
Poundre won't allow Nietzsche to sweep him here.
Nietzsche working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Poundre.
Nietzsche manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Poundre manages to get himself to full guard.
Poundre is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Poundre has momentary wrist control but Nietzsche slips an elbow through the middle.
Nietzsche slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Nietzsche is working Poundre over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Nietzsche is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Poundre working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Nietzsche doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Nietzsche manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Poundre looks gassed!
Poundre has momentary wrist control but Nietzsche slips an elbow through the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Nietzsche is pushing down on Poundre's leg trying to pass to half guard. Poundre is fighting to maintain full guard but Nietzsche has managed to sneak the leg through.
Nietzsche moves nicely into side control.
Poundre gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Nietzsche looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Nietzsche uses his free foot to push down on Poundre's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Poundre.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Nietzsche lands a heavy shot. That's hurt Poundre! Nietzsche sees the opportunity and turns up the heat - strike after strike land to the defenseless Poundre and the ref dives in to save him! This one is all over!
