O Donnelly closes this distance looking for a takedown but Diaz circles away.
Diaz shoots for a double leg takedown but O Donnelly sprawls well. He's pushed Diaz's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
O Donnelly tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Diaz paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Diaz connects with a leg kick. O Donnelly looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Danny O Donnelly seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
