Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Henry Fisher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gray Maynard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fisher comes to the cage accompanied by Lil Wayne ft. Bruno Mars - Mirror. Maynard is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Young Jezzy- Lose my mind. Gray Maynard is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fisher misses with a takedown
and Maynard cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Maynard darts in and clinches Fisher up against the cage.
Fisher tries to pull guard but Maynard holds him up against the cage and eventually Fisher drops back down to his feet.
Fisher goes for a takedown attempt but Maynard pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Henry Fisher. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Maynard counters by clinching up.
Fisher tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Maynard just stands there and leans against the cage.

Maynard is trying to trip Fisher. He has hold of a leg but Fisher is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Maynard persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fisher escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Maynard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Fisher bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Maynard's guard.

Maynard has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Fisher off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Maynard clinches up against the cage.

Maynard turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Maynard throws a strike aimed at the side of Fisher's head but Fisher avoids it well.

Fisher wants to sweep here but Maynard controlling him for the moment.

Maynard got a little sloppy there for a moment and Fisher has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Maynard has managed to get both his arms back between Fisher's legs - danger averted.

Fisher quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Maynard has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Fisher celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
