The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Christo thows a left - swing and a miss!
A looping hook to the body misses from Christo. Ribeiro does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ribeiro takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ribeiro displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Christo throws out the jab.

Monte Christo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ribeiro takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Christo throws a nice looking combination but Ribeiro bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
