Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marvin De Leon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Weed Hopper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from De Leon. Hopper does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hopper shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with De Leon but De Leon pushes him off and we're back to square one.
De Leon throws a body kick that misses.
Hopper moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
De Leon scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Hopper doesn't seem bothered though.
Hopper tries for a takedown but De Leon sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hopper throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around De Leon's waist but De Leon gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hopper off to one side.

De Leon slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Hopper escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. De Leon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
