Comber tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Smith shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Comber as he jumps to the side.

Comber's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Smith looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Comber is fending him off so far but Smith persists. Nope, Comber circles away and we're back to standing.

Comber fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Smith is out of range.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Comber bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Smith stands and throws Comber's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Comber knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Smith on the ground.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Smith is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Comber is forced to tap! Great finish!
