The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sax shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Satake sprawls well. Satake wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Sax gets slowly back to his feet.
Satake misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sax shoots for a double leg takedown but Satake sprawls well. He's pushed Sax's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Satake explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Satake misses with an attempted mid kick.
Satake slaps away a takedown attempt from Sax, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Amin Sax. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Satake lands with a kick to the ribs.

Sax steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Satake. That one must have hurt.
Masaaki Satake is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Satake lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Sax moves out of range of the body kick from Satake.
Satake scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Sax. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Satake drops Sax with a beautiful combination! Sax stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Satake is looking for the KO!
