Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tee Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gage R (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bone comes to the cage accompanied by Somebody's gonna get it. The key to victory for Tee Bone has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Tee Bone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gage R!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bone closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming R to the mat! R manages to get full guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Bone tries to free his leg and advance position but R is retaining full guard.
Bone trying to control the position from guard on top but R is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bone trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bone throwing strikes from guard but R blocks nicely.
Bone wants to control from the top but R keeps moving.
Bone passes into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
R tries to roll over but Bone keeps him under control.

Bone is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Bone looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
R moves into full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
R wants to sweep but no luck.
Bone wants to stand and escape but instead R has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Bone utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
R trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Bone scores with a couple of body punches from the bottom.

Bone is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Bone tries to land a sweep but no joy.
R throws a big elbow that misses.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells R's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Bone working for a triangle but R defends it easily.

Bone is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and R defends well.

R stands up over Bone, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
R trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bone is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
R pushing down on Bone's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
R moves into full mount! Bone won't be happy about that!
R with a couple of short strikes.
R postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Bone looks a forlorn figure.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Bone in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Bone is bucking up trying to escape but R cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Bone slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.

R working over Bone with some ground and pound. Bone looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
R winds up and cracks Bone with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
R is trying to control. Bone wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Bone wants to get back to his feet.
R slips a nice elbow through Bone's hands, connecting with Bone's forehead.
Bone manages to get to full guard.

R drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and R jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
R scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
R trying to control the position from guard on top but Bone is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

R tries to free his leg and advance position but Bone is retaining full guard.
Bone throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
R is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Bone is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. R is aware though and is defending well.
R stopping the sweep attempt from Bone.
R advances to half guard.
R lands strikes from half guard.
Bone regains full guard. Nicely done.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
R wants to control from the top but Bone keeps moving.

Bone is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. R is aware though and is defending well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gage R dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



R rushes Bone and presses him up against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Bone throws an elbow but misses.
R tries a body shot but Bone blocks it.

Bone turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Bone manages to end up in side control.
R is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
R manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
R is looking for a sweep. Bone is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
R is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bone's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bone's back!
R controlling well, preventing Bone from escaping the position.
R doesn't have the hooks in and Bone manages to turn into his guard.
Bone wants to control from the top but R keeps moving.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bone accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
R manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bone regains half guard.

R lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
R seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
R slips a nice elbow through Bone's hands, connecting with Bone's forehead.
R scoring with strikes to the body and head.
Bone manages to get to full guard.
Bone keeping moving, preventing R from controlling successfully.

Bone is looking for a triangle but R pushes his legs off easily.

Bone looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
R makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
R trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
R is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
R distracts Bone with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Bone working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. R doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. R manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Bone keeping moving, preventing R from controlling successfully.

Bone escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. R gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bone is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
R stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bone swivels though and keeps the full guard.

R drops back looking for a leg! Bone is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Bone manages to kick R off! R jumps back into Bone's guard.

R is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

R got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bone has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, R has managed to get both his arms back between Bone's legs - danger averted.

R postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
R with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Gage R has got the better of the ground game so far.

Gage R showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!


The fighters circle momentarily. R darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Bone cracks R with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Tee Bone is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Bone clinches up against the cage.

Bone turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Bone tries for a kimura but R is defending well.
R is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Bone looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
R is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Bone's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Bone is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

R moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Bone wanted to stand there but R had control of the position.
Bone keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of R's head.
Bone trying to control but R is working from the bottom.
R manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
R lands a big elbow.
R lands a big shot there that rocks Bone but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bone wants to control but R is having none of it.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
R breaks from Bone's wrist control and lands an elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
R wants to control the pace but Bone is squirming around nicely.
R takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Bone is bucking up trying to escape but R cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
R dominating with strikes here.
Tee Bone has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
R prevents Bone from getting the reversal.
R in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.


Bone is rocked!
R raining down hammerfists from mount.
Oh Bone is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Bone takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! R's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
