Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Liepo Frendi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Incubus Foo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frendi comes to the cage accompanied by War Is My Destiny. Incubus Foo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Foo swings for the body but Frendi moves out of range.
Frendi throws a leg kick but Foo sees it coming and moves out of range.
Frendi is looking to score with low kicks.
Frendi lands a lovely overhand right.
Frendi misses with a hook. Foo ducked under it nicely.
Foo checks a leg kick.
Frendi feints and then cracks Foo's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Foo down.
Frendi misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Foo.
Foo waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Frendi.
Foo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Frendi paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Foo throws a low kick but Frendi moves out of range easily.
Frendi throws a leg kick that misses.
Frendi fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Foo lands with a shot to the body.
Liepo Frendi seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Foo works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Frendi tries to clinch but Foo is having none of it.
Foo wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Foo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Foo ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Frendi moves away.
Frendi lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Frendi sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Foo lands with a hook. Frendi tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Frendi takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Frendi is breathing heavily.
Foo throws a jab when Frendi was well out of range.
Foo lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Foo clinches.
Foo lands a body shot.
Foo lands with a short shot to the head.
Frendi lands an elbow inside.

Foo's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Frendi takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Good exchange - Frendi coming out on top.
Frendi throws a body kick that misses.
Foo misses with an uppercut.

Foo cracks Frendi with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Foo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Frendi to stand back up!

Frendi is rocked!
Frendi keeps Foo at a distance using the push kick.
Oh Frendi is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Foo pounces like a tiger and cracks Frendi with a vicious hook! Frendi is down but not out! Foo follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Incubus Foo!
Incubus Foo was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
