Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacque Strap!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Dillan Fox and Ian Loll.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strap lands with a hook. Tantay tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Tantay fails with the takedown.
Tantay drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Tantay wants to pass the guard but Strap is keeping the position.
Strap is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Tantay trying to control but Strap is working from the bottom.
Strap is controlling Tantay's posture.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tantay accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Strap keeping moving, preventing Tantay from controlling successfully.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Strap controls Tantay momentarily but Tantay frees himself.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
Tantay fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Strap lands a big head kick that sends Tantay to the canvas! Strap follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
