The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chinatown throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Chinatown rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pieru moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Pieru is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Chinatown has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Pieru is proving hard to escape from.
Pieru manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Chinatown manages to get himself to full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Pieru manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Chinatown manages to get himself to full guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Chinatown can do anything to dispel that myth.

Pieru stands and steps away. Chinatown gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Pieru bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

I would just about give that final round to Charlie Chinatown.
I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
