A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Gambit's choice of entrance music: Dj Kool - Let Me Clear My Throat. Raul Bonaza has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bonaza scores with a head kick. Gambit tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Gambit takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Gambit is trying hard to land a takedown here. Bonaza sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Good leg kick by Bonaza there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Gambit finds Bonaza's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Bonaza flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Gambit lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Bonaza will be OK.
