Belmont has chosen Jamma-jamma-jamma-jaaaa-maaaaa as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Belmont's head.
Belmont misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Belmont throws a looping overhand right but Santos ducks down to avoid it.
Belmont takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Kimbo Belmont seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Belmont is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Santos is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Santos lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
