The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Robinson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Brystov sprawls well initially but Robinson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Brystov tries to get to full guard but Robinson has control of the leg.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Robinson lands a nice short elbow.
Robinson will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Brystov has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Robinson is working away from the top position though.

Robinson is nestled in close to Brystov, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Robinson looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Brystov with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Robinson postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Brystov out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Robinson goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
