Nelson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Black Flood Diesel - Lost Cause. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lexus fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nelson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lexus sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nelson somewhat.

Nelson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lexus is fending him off so far but Nelson persists. Nope, Lexus circles away and we're back to standing.

Nelson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Nelson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Nelson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lexus swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Lexus really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nelson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Nelson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lexus's guard.
