Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fiodor Jemelianko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jedi Mindtricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jedi Mindtricks will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mindtricks tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jemelianko is able to avoid easily.
Mindtricks throws a jab when Jemelianko was well out of range.

Jemelianko closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Mindtricks quickly recovers to half guard.

Jemelianko is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Mindtricks is just riding it out for now. Jemelianko eventually gives up the hold.
Mindtricks is trying to stand up here but Jemelianko is controlling him well.

Mindtricks is defending against the submission attempts here by Jemelianko.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Jemelianko is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Mindtricks has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Mindtricks!
