Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Joey Voit (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pal Secam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Secam has chosen System Of A Down - Chop Suey! as his entrance music. Pal Secam is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Secam looks to land a left hand but Voit moved out of range nicely.
Voit avoids the head kick by Secam.
Voit misses with a looping right.
Voit stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Voit wants it to stay on the feet.
Secam looks for a takedown but Voit sprawls well.
Nice cross by Voit.
Voit staying out of range there.
Voit swings for the body but Secam moves out of range.
Voit misses with a double jab.
A big right from Voit misses.
Voit checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Secam shoots in looking for a takedown. Voit tries to sprawl out of it but Secam keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Voit manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Joey Voit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pal Secam.
Voit loads up on a big right hand but Secam slips the punch.

Voit misses with a two punch combination.
Secam closes the distance and clinches up with Voit, looking for a takedown. Secam pushes Voit against the cage but Voit circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Secam shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Voit as he avoids it easily.
A swing and a miss from Voit.
Secam bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Voit is trying to buck Secam off.
Secam is trying to get an arm triangle but Voit is defending well.
Voit on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Voit wants to get back to his feet.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Voit throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!
Secam shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Voit pinned against the cage. Voit gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Voit stuffs the takedown attempt from Secam. Secam gets slowly back to his feet.
Secam uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Voit.
Voit swinging wildly here.
Secam shoots in but no luck this time.

and Voit counters with a left to the body.
Secam ducks under a wild hook from Voit.
Secam gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Voit counters with a three punch combo that has Secam backing up. Secam nods at Voit to acknowledge the strikes.

Secam walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Secam shoots and misses
and Voit counters with a straight right hand.
Secam takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Voit connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Secam's hands.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Voit enables Secam to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Voit manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Voit avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Secam wants to control from the top but Voit keeps moving.
Voit is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Secam with a nice head shot there.
Secam won't allow Voit to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Secam trying to control the position from guard on top but Voit is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Secam is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Secam wants to pass the guard but Voit is keeping the position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Joey Voit will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Secam closes the distance and clinches up with Voit, looking for a takedown. Secam pushes Voit against the cage but Voit circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Secam shoots for a takedown but Voit saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Secam has his takedown stuffed
and Voit counters with a straight right hand.

Voit lands with an uppercut that bounces Secam off the cage and back into range.

Secam slips a jab from Voit.
Secam is looking to clinch but Voit is avoiding it.
Voit scores with a nice strike.
Voit is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
No luck for Secam with that takedown attempt.

Secam tries for a takedown but Voit circles away easily
and Voit counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Secam is breathing heavily.

Secam is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Voit.
Good shot there by Voit.
Secam shoots in looking for a takedown but Voit manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Secam's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Secam misses with a double jab.
Voit scores with the left hand. Secam knows he should have avoided that one.
Secam is rocked!
Voit throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Secam stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The fight stays on the outside here - Secam looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Voit lands a body shot.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Secam avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Secam fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Voit darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Voit misses with a looping right.
Voit ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Secam moves away.

Pal Secam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Secam walks into a stiff left hand from Voit.
Secam is still on wobbly legs! Can Voit finish him?
Voit connects with a good right hand that stumbles Secam. Secam circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Voit avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Secam misses with a head kick.
Nice uppercut lands for Voit. That snapped Secam's head back.
It looks like Pal Secam has been cut.
Secam with a poor takedown
and Voit counters with a huge left! Secam is in big trouble! He's backing up but Voit isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Secam from any more damage. A dominating finish by Voit!
