Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rank Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimbo Slice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slice fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Slice misses with a two punch combination.
Slice misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Slice throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Slice misses with a double jab
and Gracie counters with a one-two to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Slice falls off balance throwing a combination
and Gracie counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Slice throws an overhand right that lands on Gracie's shoulder, as Gracie tries to avoid the shot.
Gracie throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Gracie slips under a jab.
Jimbo Slice seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slice misses with a looping right.
Gracie showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Slice.

and Gracie cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Slice throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease.
Slice's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gracie connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Slice scrambles back to his feet.

It looks like Jimbo Slice has been cut.
Gracie missing with a left hand there. Slice was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Slice swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

and Gracie connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

and Gracie counters with a nice right hand that sends Slice toppling to the canvas! Slice scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Gracie finish him?!
Gracie is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Gracie feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Slice sprawling to the canvas! Slice rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Gracie finish him?!

Slice is rocked!
The fighters circling - Gracie throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Slice is still on wobbly legs! Can Gracie finish him?
Slice misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Slice seems to have recovered his senses.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gracie cracks Slice with a hook to the temple - Slice is on wobbly legs here! Gracie swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Slice falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Gracie wins by TKO!
