Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jeff MaGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean Corvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MaGee's entrance music is I Just Had Sex (feat. Akon). A fine choice. Corvia comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Three 6 Mafia - It's a Fight kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Steve Smith and Elvis Blanc.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Corvia dives in and grabs MaGee's left leg, looking for a takedown. MaGee pushes down on Corvia's head and hops out.
Corvia tries to clinch but MaGee moves away
and MaGee counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
MaGee stuffs the takedown.

Corvia throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. MaGee tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Corvia is in MaGee's guard.

MaGee working for a triangle but Corvia defends it easily.

Corvia got a little sloppy there for a moment and MaGee has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Corvia has managed to get both his arms back between MaGee's legs - danger averted.

MaGee has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Corvia can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

MaGee has his foot on Corvia's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Corvia works his way back into a safe position though.

MaGee is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Corvia is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

MaGee looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Corvia has picked MaGee up and slammed him! MaGee can't keep hold of the triangle and Corvia manages to pass to side control!

MaGee is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Corvia asserts his dominance and retains side control.

MaGee tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Corvia wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

MaGee is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Corvia scores with a couple of nice shots.
MaGee pushes Corvia off looking to stand but Corvia dives back in and keeps control.

Corvia looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks MaGee with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Oh MaGee is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Corvia lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked MaGee! More strikes land and this one is all over! Corvia jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!

A relieved looking Sean Corvia thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
