Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Oovompi Laari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John McClane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McClane is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Megadeth - Symphony Of Destruction. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laari dodges the punch combination from McClane.
McClane is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Laari.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Laari.
McClane fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
John McClane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McClane works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
A combination from McClane does no damage.
Laari throws a sloppy head kick and McClane moves out of range easily.
Nice takedown defense from McClane. No joy for Laari on that attempt.
Laari takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Oh Laari is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

McClane throws the left hand but Laari avoids the punch easily.
McClane throws a hook to the side of Laari's head but Laari sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Horrible takedown by Laari or perhaps it was just good defense by McClane which made him look bad.

Laari throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around McClane's waist but McClane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Laari off to one side.

McClane throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Laari will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Laari moves into the clinch successfully.
Laari is trying to work for a single leg takedown but McClane pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Laari takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Laari bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
McClane throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Laari shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Laari showed some decent athleticism there.
Laari lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Laari has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

McClane looks like he's trying to stand up.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
McClane is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground.
McClane lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Laari backs up against the cage.
Laari looks for a takedown but McClane sprawls well.
McClane throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
McClane throws an overhand right that drops Laari like a sack of potatoes! McClane dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
