PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Damien Quincy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Glen Alison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alison misses with a few strikes there.
A good leg kick by Alison.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Quincy, as that shot connected.
Alison scores with a crisp jab that stopped Quincy in his tracks.
Alison is looking to clinch but Quincy is avoiding it.

Damien Quincy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Quincy shoots in and drives through. Alison sprawls well.

Alison fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Quincy.

Alison is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Quincy gets his way!
