Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Junior Wolfe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vladimir Harkonnen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolfe kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The Ramones - Blitzkreig Bop!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolfe pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Harkonnen ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wolfe moves away.
Wolfe shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Harkonnen pinned against the cage. Harkonnen gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Wolfe throws a leg kick but Harkonnen sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Wolfe takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Horrible takedown by Wolfe or perhaps it was just good defense by Harkonnen which made him look bad.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Wolfe walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Harkonnen checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Harkonnen feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well Harkonnen has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
