Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lkhagvsuren Ganbold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taylor Heales (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ganbold takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Ganbold fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Heales to the ground. Ganbold is now in Heales's guard.
Ganbold wants to get up but he can't break Heales's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Ganbold wants to control from the top but Heales keeps moving.
Heales seems keen to control Ganbold's posture.
Heales is looking to stand up but Ganbold isn't so interested in that idea.
Heales bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ganbold's guard.

Ganbold postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Heales is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Ganbold, into his guard.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Heales is on top in guard.

Ganbold wants to stand and escape but Heales is having none of it.

Ganbold tries to keep at a distance but Heales has taken the fight into the clinch.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Heales is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Ganbold has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Ganbold!

Ganbold has gone for a leg lock! Heales slips out almost immediately though and dives into Ganbold's guard.

Taylor Heales decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
