Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gomer Pyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antti Sokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pyle comes to the cage accompanied by The Marines' Hymn. Sokka has chosen Black Sun Aeon - Core of Winter as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

13 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Gomer Pyle!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

18 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Antti Sokka!
The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sokka throws a head kick that misses.
A head kick misses from Sokka.
Pyle takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Pyle lands a nice looking body shot.
Pyle misses with a low kick.
Pyle just misses with a punch to the body.
Pyle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sokka moves away.
Sokka takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Sokka throws a low kick but it's checked well by Pyle.
Sokka tries a head kick but it misses.
Sokka tries to land a front kick but Pyle steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Sokka is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Pyle.

Pyle avoids the head kick by Sokka.
Pyle fails to land the takedown.
Sokka moves out of range as Pyle strikes.
Pyle waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Sokka.
Sokka takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Sokka wants to clinch.
Pyle misses with a lunging right hand
and Sokka counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sokka.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Sokka throws an elbow that misses. Pyle uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Sokka's guard. Nice move by Pyle!
Pyle is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pyle postures up in Sokka's guard and throws a big left but Sokka blocks it.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Sokka is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Pyle shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Pyle throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Sokka because Pyle loaded up on that one.
Sokka is desperately trying to improve his position but Pyle has a good base and remains in mount.

Sokka is rocked!
Pyle postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Sokka out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Pyle goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
