Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
SIka throws a leg kick that misses.
Puimakone uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before SIka has time to react.
Puimakone scores with a sloppy right hand. SIka should have avoided that one.
It looks like Paha SIka has been cut.
Puimakone swings for the body but SIka moves out of range.
SIka takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Puimakone bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Puimakone has SIka up against the cage in a clinch.

SIka lands a damaging elbow.

Puimakone with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, SIka just misses with a elbow thrown towards Puimakone's brow.
SIka misses with a hook from the clinch.
SIka pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Puimakone throws a hook to the side of SIka's head but SIka sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
SIka cracks a nice hook into Puimakone's ribs.

Puimakone comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Puimakone slips a jab from SIka.
Puimakone throws a predictable looking body shot
letting SIka counter with a right hand.
SIka misses with a head kick.
SIka feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Puimakone sprawling to the canvas! Puimakone rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can SIka finish him?!
It looks like Naksuttava Puimakone has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
SIka dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Puimakone. That did some damage!
SIka attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Puimakone throws a big shot that misses.
SIka thows a leg kick but Puimakone checks it
and Puimakone counters with a crisp one two that drops SIka! Puimakone thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves SIka to his feet! SIka is in big trouble!
SIka ducks under a wild hook from Puimakone.
SIka is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Puimakone punishes SIka's body with a nice straight punch.
SIka throws a hook but Puimakone avoids it easily.
SIka connects with an inside leg kick.
SIka scores with a hook to the body. Puimakone takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

SIka dodges the punch combination from Puimakone.
SIka throws a low kick but it's checked well by Puimakone.
SIka fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Puimakone on the side of the head.
Puimakone avoids the head kick by SIka.
SIka misses with a body kick.
SIka misses with an uppercut.
SIka ducks under a wild hook from Puimakone.
Puimakone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but SIka was well out of range. Poor timing from Puimakone.
SIka misses with a kick to the body.
Puimakone looks to score with a jab to the body but SIka is just out of range.

Puimakone scores with the left hand. SIka knows he should have avoided that one.
The fighters circling - SIka throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Puimakone slips a straight right by SIka.
Donk. Puimakone catches SIka right on the button with a cross.
Puimakone wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Puimakone is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Puimakone tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. SIka manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Puimakone tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Puimakone fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. SIka looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
SIka tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Puimakone tries to clinch but SIka is having none of it.
SIka tries to score with a low kick but Puimakone moves his leg out of the way.
Puimakone chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before SIka can pounce on him.
Puimakone ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
SIka looks gassed!
Puimakone lands a lovely overhand right.

Puimakone lands with an uppercut that bounces SIka off the cage and back into range.
SIka circles away from the clinch attempt.
Puimakone fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops SIka to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! SIka looks to clinch but Puimakone throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! SIka taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

A pretty intense looking Naksuttava Puimakone took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.
