The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hubbard closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hubbard lands in his opponent's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Hubbard stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Grissom swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Hubbard lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Hubbard is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Hubbard's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Grissom really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Hubbard. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Grissom is trying to escape the position but Hubbard is controlling the position.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Hubbard works to advance to full mount. Grissom defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Hubbard has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Grissom is forced to tap!
