Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ozzy Ozbourne!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ozbourne walks into a stiff left hand from Sandoval.


It looks like Ozzy Ozbourne has been cut.
Ozbourne displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sandoval throws out the jab.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Ozbourne.
Ozbourne shoots in for a double leg but Sandoval sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sandoval misses with an uppercut.

Sandoval throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Ozbourne counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Ozbourne wants to control but Sandoval is keeping him busy.

Sandoval is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.
Sandoval tries to roll over but Ozbourne keeps him under control.

Ozbourne seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Sandoval does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

Ozbourne takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Ozbourne is looking to take a break and control but Sandoval is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Sandoval has his hands clasped together around Ozbourne's back. He's all about the action.

Ozbourne seems to be working for a kimura but Sandoval defends the submission attempt.
Ozbourne is trying to control the action in half guard but Sandoval is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Sandoval is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Ozbourne throws a strike but Sandoval avoids it easily and moves to full guard.
Ozbourne is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Sandoval is trying to control the position but Ozbourne postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Ozbourne looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Flavio Sandoval has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ozzy Ozbourne.

Ozbourne tries to clinch but Sandoval moves away
and Sandoval counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ozbourne thinking.
Ozbourne shoots in looking for a takedown but Sandoval manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Ozbourne's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Sandoval throws a good cross that connects.

Ozbourne changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Sandoval looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Ozbourne is looking to take a break and control but Sandoval is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Ozbourne thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Sandoval on the wrong end of some ground and pound.

Ozbourne wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sandoval keeps working.
Sandoval manages to work his way to half guard, despite Ozbourne's best efforts.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Ozbourne loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.

Ozbourne has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Sandoval to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Ozbourne is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Sandoval pulls down on the head and he's put Ozbourne to sleep! This one is all over!
