Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ron Jeremy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cloud Strife (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ron Jeremy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Cloud Strife!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jeremy misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jeremy pulls out of a head kick attempt.

and Strife counters with a straight right hand.
Ron Jeremy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Strife misses with a jab, cross combination.
Strife looks to land a combination but Jeremy avoids it well.
Strife throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Strife catches Jeremy with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Strife moves out of range of the strikes.
Jeremy misses with a head kick.
Jeremy throws a push kick but Strife slaps the foot to one side.
Jeremy fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

enabling Strife to counter with a crisp jab.

Strife moves out of range of the body kick from Jeremy.
Jeremy throws a hook to the side of Strife's head but Strife sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Strife looks to land a combination but Jeremy avoids it well.
Jeremy tries for a takedown but Strife sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Jeremy just misses with a punch to the body.
Strife stuffs the takedown attempt from Jeremy. Jeremy gets slowly back to his feet.
Jeremy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Strife lands with a hook. Jeremy tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Strife throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Strife is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Jeremy had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Strife lands a glancing blow to the side of Jeremy's head.

enabling Strife to counter with a crisp jab.

Strife defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Jeremy.
Jeremy avoids a punch combination nicely.
Jeremy moves out of range of the body kick from Strife.
Strife throws a right and a left that Jeremy avoids nicely.
Strife throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jeremy.
Strife lands with a hook. Jeremy tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jeremy fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Strife avoids it really well and circles away.

Cloud Strife dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.


Jeremy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Strife defends it nicely.

Strife lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jeremy circles away quickly and effectively.
Jeremy throws a predictable looking body shot
and Strife counters with a three punch combo that has Jeremy backing up. Jeremy nods at Strife to acknowledge the strikes.
Cloud Strife is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Jeremy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Jeremy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Strife connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Jeremy scrambles back to his feet.
Strife looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jeremy misses with a shot to the body
and Jeremy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Strife throws a good cross that connects.

Jeremy swings widly with a right hand
and Strife counters with a left and a right that stings Jeremy.
Jeremy throws a sloppy head kick and Strife moves out of range easily.
Jeremy dodges the punch combination from Strife.
Jeremy throws a low kick but Strife avoids it.

Jeremy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Strife manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Jeremy throws a big right hand that misses.
Strife wants to get back to his feet but Jeremy is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Jeremy lands a couple of decent looking shots.

Jeremy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Jeremy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Strife pulls Jeremy in close to prevent any damage.
Jeremy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Strife swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Jeremy postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Strife is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Jeremy, into his guard.
Jeremy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Jeremy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Jeremy is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ron Jeremy will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!


Strife throws a combination. Jeremy tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Jeremy throws a solid leg kick but Strife takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Jeremy.
Strife misses with a series of wild punches.

Jeremy postures up in Strife's guard and throws a big left but Strife blocks it.
Strife avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Jeremy drops back looking for a leg! Strife is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Strife manages to kick Jeremy off! Jeremy jumps back into Strife's guard.
Jeremy throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Strife works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Jeremy has gone for a leg lock! Strife slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jeremy's guard.

Jeremy is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Jeremy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Strife can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Jeremy is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Strife is aware though and is defending well.
Jeremy has a closed guard, preventing Strife from standing up.
Strife won't allow Jeremy to sweep him here.
Strife slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Jeremy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Strife gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Jeremy is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Strife has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Jeremy is working away from the top position though.

Jeremy is looking for a kimura but Strife is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Jeremy to get the leverage.

Jeremy wants to work for an arm triangle but Strife is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Jeremy is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Strife doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Jeremy.
