The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dogbrother doesn't manage to clinch there - Dojo circles away.
Dojo closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Michi Dogbrother has been cut.
Dojo throws a series of punches but Dogbrother moves out of range.

Dogbrother has taken the fight to the clinch.

Dogbrother breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dogbrother tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dojo swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Dogbrother can't find room to land a body shot as Dojo controls the action.

Dojo is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Dogbrother pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Dojo scores with a shot to the body.
Dojo lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Dogbrother at a distance.
A cross from Dojo lands.
Dogbrother walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

Dogbrother fails with an attempt to clinch.
Dojo is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dojo lands a head kick!
Dogbrother is looking to clinch.
That kick from Dojo tenderised Dogbrother's leg. Dogbrother is trying to keep his angry face on.
Dojo connects with a leg kick. Dogbrother looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A left lands for Dojo.
Dojo connects with a right hand. Dogbrother shakes it off.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Whack! Dojo lands a heavy head kick that drops Dogbrother. The ref tackles Dojo to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Dogbrother was done.
