Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Decimus Maximus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Shamwow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maximus comes to the cage accompanied by Set It Off-MadBall. Decimus Maximus is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamwow dips to his left and cracks Maximus with an uppercut!
Maximus fails with the takedown

and Shamwow counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

Maximus is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Shamwow won't allow Maximus to sweep him here.

Maximus looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Shamwow is pushing down on Maximus's leg trying to pass to half guard. Maximus is fighting to maintain full guard but Shamwow has managed to sneak the leg through.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Shamwow uses his free foot to push down on Maximus's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Maximus.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Maximus bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

Maximus has gone for a leg lock! Shamwow slips out almost immediately though and dives into Maximus's guard.

Shamwow chips away with some ground and pound.

Shamwow gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

and Shamwow connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Shamwow scores with a nice head shot.
Maximus looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Decimus Maximus. That's going to take a lot out of him.

and Shamwow counters with a good low kick that Maximus was not able to check.
Maximus is breathing heavily.

Shamwow shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Shamwow showed some decent athleticism there.

Maximus tries to reverse the position but Shamwow maintains control.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Frank Shamwow hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Maximus gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Shamwow to counter with a crisp jab.
Maximus shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Shamwow as he avoids it easily.
Shamwow digs a good body shot into Maximus's ribs.
Frank Shamwow seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maximus shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Shamwow counters with a body kick that stops Maximus in his tracks momentarily.

It looks like Decimus Maximus has been cut.

A combination from Shamwow does no damage.
Shamwow comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Maximus shoots and misses
and Shamwow counters with a huge left! Maximus is in big trouble! He's backing up but Shamwow isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Maximus from any more damage. A dominating finish by Shamwow!
