Michael Llewtras struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 157.2lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Llewtras blocks a jab.
Llewtras shoots in and drives through. Chopped sprawls well.
Chopped throws a right hand that Llewtras ducks under and follows up with a left that Llewtras also avoids with ease.

Chopped clinches up against the cage.
Chopped dodges an elbow strike from Llewtras.
Chopped comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

It looks like Michael Llewtras has been cut.
Chopped is stalling here.
Chopped lands a body shot.

Chopped manages to break the clinch.
Llewtras misses with a combination

and Chopped counters with a takedown into side control.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Llewtras is looking to reverse the position.
Chopped working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Chopped tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Chopped trying to control the position but Llewtras is working away.

Chopped knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Llewtras on the ground.

Chopped misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Chopped fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Llewtras on the side of the head.
Chopped displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Llewtras.
Chopped lands with a hook. Llewtras tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Llewtras is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Llewtras closes the distance but Chopped moves to the side
and Chopped counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Llewtras badly! Chopped follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Llewtras out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Chopped finished him against the cage.
