The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brooke slips under a jab.

and Brooke counters with a stiff right hand.

The fighters circling - Brooke throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fleck throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Brooke counters with a nice uppercut.
Fleck rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Brooke moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Fleck will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fleck clinches up with Brooke and pushes him back against the cage.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.

Fleck lands a left hand that snaps the head of Brooke backwards.
Fleck pushes Brooke back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Fleck tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Fleck has Brooke pressed against the cage, preventing Brooke from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Fleck swings wildly with an uppercut but Brooke uses good head movement to avoid it.
Fleck doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Fleck can't find room to land a body shot as Brooke controls the action.

Fleck breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Brooke looks to score with a jab to the body but Fleck is just out of range.
Fleck looks to land a combination but Brooke avoids it well.
Fleck lands with an uppercut that bounces Brooke off the cage and back into range.

Brooke is rocked!
Fleck throws a lazy uppercut
and Brooke counters with a right hand to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Fleck moves into range and clinches up with Brooke.

Brooke fails to pull guard.
Brooke jumps guard but Fleck stands there with Brooke around his waist. Brooke gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Oh Brooke is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Fleck lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Brooke can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Fleck and Brooke drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Fleck.
