Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kai Kangaskokko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Enoch Thompson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kangaskokko comes to the cage accompanied by Fleshgod Apocalypse - The Violation. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thompson fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kangaskokko to the ground. Thompson is now in Kangaskokko's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Thompson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kangaskokko works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Thompson decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kangaskokko, up you get!

Kangaskokko chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Kangaskokko drives through and clinches with Thompson against the cage.
Thompson stalling in the clinch but Kangaskokko improves position.
Kangaskokko lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
It looks like Enoch Thompson has been cut.
Thompson is trying to break the clinch but Kangaskokko has him pressed against the cage.
Kangaskokko managing to block the knees to the body from Thompson.
Thompson drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Kangaskokko gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Thompson is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Kangaskokko to keep the fight standing.

Kangaskokko lands a knee to the body.
Thompson has Kangaskokko pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Kangaskokko manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Kai Kangaskokko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Enoch Thompson.
Thompson looks gassed!
Thompson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kangaskokko just stands there and leans against the cage.

Thompson takes an elbow to the temple.
Thompson wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Kangaskokko has him pressed against the cage.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Kangaskokko connects with a nasty looking knee right to Thompson's face.
Kangaskokko unloads a knee to the mid-section. Thompson lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Kangaskokko jerks Thompson's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Thompson drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Kangaskokko goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Kangaskokko because Thompson was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knee). Kai Kangaskokko!
