Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carlos Copello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaaskelainen Magamedov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Copello comes into the arena with Por una cabeza - Carlos Gardel blaring out of the sound system. Magamedov is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Linkin Park feat. Jay-Z - Dirt off your shoulder. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Magamedov fails in his attempt to clinch.
Copello slaps away a takedown attempt from Magamedov, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Copello misses with a two punch combination.
Magamedov fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Copello lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Copello.

It looks like Jaaskelainen Magamedov has been cut.
Copello throws a right hand that Magamedov ducks under and follows up with a left that Magamedov also avoids with ease.
Magamedov tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Copello manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Magamedov has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Magamedov is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Carlos Copello seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Magamedov tries for a takedown but Copello sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Copello looks to land a combination but Magamedov avoids it well.

Magamedov shoots in for a takedown but Copello shows good takedown defense.
Copello dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Copello throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Magamedov crashing down! Magamedov tries to stagger back to his feet but Copello just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Magamedov asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
