Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bernard Toney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis High (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Toney comes to the cage accompanied by Tenacious D - Master Exploder. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toney tries to bum rush High with a series of wild strikes but High uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Toney misses with a hook.
High lands a really nice looking cross but Toney seems unphased.
High misses the shot to the body.

Toney digs a good body shot into High's ribs.

High thows a body shot but no joy.
High throws an overhand right that lands on Toney's shoulder, as Toney tries to avoid the shot.
Toney lands a left and a right that send High crashing to the mat, dazed. Toney thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

and High connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Toney drops High with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but High looks back up at him and smiles so Toney waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
High is still on wobbly legs! Can Toney finish him?

Travis High's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
High scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Toney fakes high and swings low for a body shot but High manages to avoid it.

Bernard Toney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
