Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jacob Doom (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Also Zarathustra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Doom comes to the cage accompanied by Rise Of The Warriors. Zarathustra has chosen Red Birds Will Fly Out Of The East And Destroy Paris In A Night as his entrance music. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zarathustra turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Zarathustra ducks under a wild hook from Doom.
Doom avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zarathustra has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Doom finds it's way round the side to connect with Zarathustra's head.
Zarathustra lands a jab to the head.
Doom cracks Zarathustra with a right hand to the side of the head.

Doom throws a quick inside leg kick.

Doom takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Zarathustra shoots in looking for a takedown. Doom tries to sprawl out of it but Zarathustra keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Doom manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Zarathustra takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

The cut above Also Zarathustra's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Doom lands with a thumping leg kick.
Doom lets loose with a powerful body kick. Zarathustra will feel that in the morning.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Zarathustra pushes Doom away with a front kick.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Doom.
A jab from Zarathustra does it's job there.
Zarathustra takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Zarathustra throws a hook to the side of Doom's head but Doom sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Zarathustra takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Jacob Doom is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A nice inside leg kick there by Doom. That's going to slow Zarathustra down.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but Zarathustra might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Doom has got the better of the exchanges.

Doom is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Zarathustra can do to turn this around?

Also Zarathustra's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Doom lands a brutal head kick. Zarathustra looks out on his feet and Doom throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
