The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Edson Gomes and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier looks to land a body kick but Maynard moved away.
Maynard connects with a leg kick. Frazier looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A telegraphed right hand from Maynard misses the target.
Maynard scores with a body shot.
Frazier takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Frazier!
It looks like Mad Maynard has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Frazier is breathing heavily.
Maynard clinches up with Frazier and pushes him back against the cage.

Maynard tries to move into range but Frazier moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Frazier lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Maynard lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Frazier misses with a looping right.
Maynard checks a low kick from Frazier.
Maynard buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Maynard, right into the meat.
Maynard is looking to land body kicks.
Frazier takes one to the chin there.
Frazier throws a shot from downtown. Maynard moves away and avoids it.
Maynard looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Maynard lands a big head kick that sends Frazier tumbling to the mat! Maynard takes a step backwards and waves Frazier back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Maynard fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Maynard drops Frazier with a naaaaasty hook - Frazier is in real trouble here! Maynard dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mad Maynard!
A relieved looking Mad Maynard thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
