The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amousou looks to clinch
and Strongfist counters with a left to the body.

Amousou clinches up against the cage.
Strongfist lands with a short head shot on the inside.

It looks like Adon Amousou has been cut.
Strongfist wants to break the clinch but can't.
Strongfist leaning against his opponent.
Amousou jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Strongfist walks away with a smile on his face. Amousou gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Amousou slips under a jab from Strongfist.
Amousou wants to clinch but Strongfist slips to the side
and Strongfist counters with a lovely straight right hand!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Strongfist counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Strongfist misses with a body shot.
Amousou scores with a hook to the body. Strongfist takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Amousou closes the distance looking to clinch
and Strongfist connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Strongfist cracks Amousou with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Strongfist has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Amousou to stand back up!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Strongfist circles away from the clinch attempt
and Strongfist counters with a big right hand! Oh Amousou is in trouble here! Strongfist follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
