Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grisha Kamenov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bobby Roode (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kamenov's entrance music is Linkin Park - Bleed it Out. A fine choice. The key to victory for Grisha Kamenov has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bobby Roode!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Hugh Johnson and Donatello Bradman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roode tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kamenov sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Roode somewhat.

Kamenov has taken the fight to the clinch.

Kamenov breaks the clinch.
Kamenov lands with a kick to the temple. Roode shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"

It looks like Bobby Roode has been cut.
A head kick misses from Kamenov.

Kamenov drives through and clinches with Roode against the ropes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kamenov throws an elbow but it misses.

Kamenov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Roode has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Kamenov.
Roode avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Kamenov darts in and clinches Roode up against the ropes.
Roode blocks the elbow strike.
Kamenov creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.

Kamenov breaks from the clinch.
Roode circles away from the clinch attempt.

Roode fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kamenov pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Roode is defended easily by Kamenov.
Grisha Kamenov has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bobby Roode.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kamenov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Kamenov instigates a clinch.
Kamenov throws an elbow that misses.
Kamenov lands an elbow just above Roode 's eye.
Kamenov pushes off an throws an elbow but Roode leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the ropes.
Roode has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Kamenov is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Roode dodges an elbow strike from Kamenov.

Roode avoids a wild elbow strike from Kamenov.

Kamenov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Kamenov fakes the leg kick and cracks Roode in the body.
Kamenov throws a head kick but Roode moves out of range.
Roode shoots in for a takedown but Kamenov shows good takedown defense.
Kamenov tries to clinch there but Roode circles away.

Roode decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kamenov manages to get to full guard.
Kamenov looking to hit a scissor sweep but Roode is one step ahead there.

Kamenov is breathing heavily.

Roode slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Roode tries to move to mount but Kamenov blocks the move with his legs.

Roode is trying to get an arm triangle but Kamenov is defending well.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Kamenov wants to control but Roode postures up.
Roode gets to mount! Kamenov was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.

Roode is working for a guillotine from mount but Kamenov frees his head quite easily.

Kamenov really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Roode looking to finish Kamenov with some ground and pound. This is bad for Kamenov!

It looks like Grisha Kamenov has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kamenov has left one of his arms exposed and Roode doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Kamenov screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
