Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Danielson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pero Uglic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Winston Howard and Eliza Hachem.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uglic doesn't manage to clinch there - Danielson circles away.
Danielson lunges at Uglic with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Uglic's hand.
Danielson shoots in but no luck this time.
Horrible takedown by Uglic or perhaps it was just good defense by Danielson which made him look bad.
The fighters circle momentarily. Danielson darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Uglic shoots in for a takedown but Danielson shows good takedown defense.
Danielson slaps away a takedown attempt from Uglic, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Bryan Danielson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pero Uglic.
Danielson cracks Uglic with an open hand slap.
Danielson lands a slapping body shot.
Uglic looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
A decent looking cross lands there for Danielson.
Danielson throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Uglic stumbling backwards into the ropes! Uglic bounces back off the ropes towards Danielson, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Danielson lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Danielson celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
