Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jake Jonathan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sid DiBiase (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jonathan kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Violent Pornography. DiBiase has chosen Metallica - Master of Puppets as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sid DiBiase!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Yves DeLean and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonathan throws a sloppy head kick and DiBiase moves out of range easily.
Jonathan throws a nice inside leg kick.
Jonathan chopping away at his opponent's legs.
DiBiase throws a hook but Jonathan avoids it easily.
DiBiase moves in looking to clinch but Jonathan pushes him off.
DiBiase blocks a low kick nicely.
Jonathan moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Jonathan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
A good leg kick by Jonathan.
DiBiase just misses with a punch to the body.
Jonathan misses with a jab, cross combination.

It looks like Sid DiBiase has been cut.
DiBiase ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jonathan moves away.

and Jonathan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jonathan throws a head kick but DiBiase moves out of range.
DiBiase thuds his right hand into Jonathan's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jonathan throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Some bone on bone action there as DiBiase checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

A left and a right from Jonathan both land. Nice combination.
Jonathan throws a wild body kick that DiBiase sees coming a mile off.
DiBiase finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Jonathan throws a low kick, looking for DiBiase's leg but DiBiase calmly moves out of range.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jonathan cracks DiBiase with a right hand to the side of the head.
DiBiase misses with a two punch combination.
DiBiase on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jonathan. Jonathan obviously looking to wear him down.
Jonathan lands the left hand.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Jonathan connects with a leg kick. DiBiase looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
DiBiase throws a right hand that misses
and Jonathan counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Jake Jonathan dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Jonathan catches DiBiase with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Jake Jonathan is winning the standup battle so far.
DiBiase tries to bum rush Jonathan with a series of wild strikes but Jonathan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
DiBiase chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jonathan can pounce on him.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Jonathan.
Jonathan connects with a solid leg kick.
Jonathan fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Both these guys seem content to just stand up and trade with eachother but DiBiase might want to think about changing up his gameplan a bit because over the course of the fight, Jonathan has got the better of the exchanges.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jonathan scores with a kick to the midsection.
DiBiase is breathing heavily.
DiBiase takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
DiBiase on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

That has opened up Sid DiBiase's cut even more.
Jonathan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
That kick from Jonathan tenderised DiBiase's leg. DiBiase is trying to keep his angry face on.
DiBiase chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jonathan can pounce on him.

Jonathan smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

DiBiase is rocked!

The cut above Sid DiBiase's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Jonathan cracks DiBiase with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! DiBiase falls to his knees and Jonathan doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
