Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Renzo Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aaron Average (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Aaron Average!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Average connects with a looping right hand.
Average stuffs the takedown attempt from Gracie. Gracie gets slowly back to his feet.
Aaron Average seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Average takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Gracie manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Average on his heels. He'll look to pass Average's guard now, I'm sure.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

Average can't keep his opponent in guard - Gracie advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Gracie slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Gracie is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Average knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Renzo Gracie will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Gracie tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Average swivels and escapes.

Gracie moves out of range as Average throws a body kick.
Gracie scores with the left hand. Average knows he should have avoided that one.
Gracie shoots in but no luck this time.
Gracie dives in and grabs Average's left leg, looking for a takedown. Average pushes down on Gracie's head and hops out.

Average moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.

Gracie gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Gracie's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Average connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Gracie scrambles back to his feet.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gracie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Average but Average pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Average closes the distance and pushes Gracie back into the cage.

Gracie jumps guard but Average turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Average pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Gracie shoots in but Average avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Gracie gets tackled into the cage by Average. Average maintains the clinch.

Average breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Gracie takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Gracie tries to move into range but Average moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Gracie doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Average looks to score with a jab to the body but Gracie is just out of range.
Average throws a right hand that Gracie ducks under and follows up with a left that Gracie also avoids with ease.

Average catches Gracie with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Gracie is trying hard to land a takedown here. Average sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Average is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Gracie defends it well.

This one could be over very soon! Average goes limp - he's gone! Gracie jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
