I think LeBlond might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kari Tapio - Olen Suomalainen. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Idas lands a glancing blow to the side of LeBlond's head.

It looks like Fincent LeBlond has been cut.
Fincent LeBlond seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
LeBlond throws the kick towards the body but Idas avoids it.
Idas throws a hook but LeBlond blocks it.

LeBlond feints and as Idas raises his hands in defense, LeBlond changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
LeBlond tries to free his leg and advance position but Idas is retaining full guard.
LeBlond stays in close to Idas's body and controls the position.

LeBlond drops back looking for a leg! Idas is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Idas manages to kick LeBlond off! LeBlond jumps back into Idas's guard.
LeBlond is pushing down on Idas's leg trying to pass to half guard. Idas is fighting to maintain full guard but LeBlond has managed to sneak the leg through.
