Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryu Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jubah Sam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, George Francis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sam will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Sam feints and as Silva raises his hands in defense, Sam changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Sam trying to control the position from guard on top but Silva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Silva is looking for a triangle but Sam pushes his legs off easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Sam is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Silva is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Silva has escaped and now he's on top!

Silva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Sam manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Silva has Sam in his guard.

Silva isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Sam stacks Silva on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Sam!

Silva is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Sam's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Sam seems to be looking for submissions.
Silva regains full guard. Nicely done.

Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Sam can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Sam must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Silva is breathing heavily.
Silva wants to sweep but no luck.
Sam wants to pass the guard but Silva is keeping the position.
Silva really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Sam thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Samis looking to pass into half guard but Silva pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Silva is in guard.

Silva drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Silva as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Sam screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Silva! Nice submission victory there!
