The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palahnuik checks a low kick from Gruber.

Gruber throws a series of punches but Palahnuik moves out of range.

Palahnuik lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Gruber circles away quickly and effectively.

Gruber bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Palahnuik's head.
Gruber throws a looping overhand right but Palahnuik ducks down to avoid it.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gruber crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Palahnuik - the referee stops the clock and Gruber gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Palahnuik. Gruber manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Palahnuik closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Gruber! Palahnuik dives in looking to finish! Gruber is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
