Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kyle Gunn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Terrell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gunn comes into the arena with Stranglehold- by Ted Nugent blaring out of the sound system. Terrell comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Creeping Death kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Kyle Gunn could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to David Terrell's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kyle Gunn has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Terrell.

Gunn closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Terrell's guard.

Gunn drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gunn jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kyle Gunn dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Gunn shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Terrell sprawls well. Terrell wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gunn gets slowly back to his feet.

Gunn shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Terrell eats them both and turns towards Gunn to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Terrell's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Gunn connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Terrell scrambles back to his feet.
Terrell dives in and grabs Gunn's left leg, looking for a takedown. Gunn pushes down on Terrell's head and hops out.
Terrell leaves Gunn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Gunn lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.

Terrell is rocked!

Gunn shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Gunn was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Terrell is still in real trouble! Can Gunn finish him?

Oooooh, big shot lands for Gunn! Terrell is hurt baaadly! Gunn is firing away with more strikes - Terrell is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
