The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Cranswick is defended easily by Jackson.
Cranswick looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jackson is fending him off so far but Cranswick persists. Nope, Jackson circles away and we're back to standing.
Jackson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Cranswick fails with the takedown

and Jackson holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Liam Cranswick. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Cranswick changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jackson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Cranswick misses with a takedown attempt - Jackson sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Jackson closes the distance and clinches.
Jackson has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Cranswick dodges an elbow strike from Jackson.
Jackson lands with a short head shot on the inside.
A hook to the body from Jackson.
A nice right hand lands inside from Jackson.

Jackson throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Cranswick drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Jackson gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Jackson lands a hook to the side of the head.

It looks like Liam Cranswick has been cut.
Jackson wants to break free but Cranswick has control.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Cranswick can't get the takedown.
Cranswick takes a shot to the head.
Cranswick is breathing heavily.
Jackson scores with a nice hook to the head.
Cranswick goes for a takedown attempt but Jackson pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
BOOM! Jackson lands a beautiful left hook that drops Cranswick. Cranswick tries to recover but Jackson is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Cranswick lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
