Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lester Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Smokey McPot (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McPot has chosen D.T.A.P. - Nephew as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Green throws a big shot that misses.

Green darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Green has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
McPot looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
McPot really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Green. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Green stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McPot swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Green stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. McPot swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Green loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
McPot wants to sweep here but Green controlling him for the moment.

Green slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Green works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Green passes to full mount!
McPot keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
McPot is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
The referee warns McPot that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Green is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. McPot can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

McPot is rocked!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Green cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
McPot is still in real trouble! Can Green finish him?
Green softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and McPot is out cold! Green jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!
