The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith throws a series of punches but Jones avoids them all with ease.

Jones throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Smith tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jones is in Smith's guard.

Jones drops back looking for a leg! Smith is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Smith manages to kick Jones off! Jones jumps back into Smith's guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Smith throws a leg kick but Jones moved away.
Smith rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jones shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Smith as he jumps to the side.

Smith manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Jones on his heels. He'll look to pass Jones's guard now, I'm sure.

Jones has his feet on Smith's thighs here. He's pushed Smith off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Smith screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
