The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Efrain Sanchez wasn't active enough on the ground.

The fight stays on the outside here - Sanchez looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sanchez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Penn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sanchez tries to free his leg and advance position but Penn is retaining full guard.
Sanchez is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
